Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel a project, a fee of 50% of the total project cost will apply. This covers the necessary setup, preparation, and billing efforts related to the services. Please note that this applies even if the project has not been fully completed at the time of cancellation.Any payments made before cancellation are non-refundable, even if the project remains unfinished. We require a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. If cancellation notice is provided with less than 30 days’ notice, a final payment will be required.
